The City of Danville Municipal Utilities Department has undergone many changes over the past several years in an effort to modernize services, and make more convenient, the billing and payment process for the customers. The most recent update includes transitioning to the new Billing & Customer Service Software, InvoiceCloud, which allows customers to view bills (past and present), and manage payments with a variety of new electronic options. Of course, traditional payment options remain, if you prefer!
