Responsibilities
The Finance Department administers all financial functions of the City. Included among its many duties are:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable (Billing)
- Cash Flow
- Custody of Funds
- Debt Administration
- Financial Reporting including the Annual Audit
- General Accounting Activities
- Grant Financial Administration
- Managing City Investments
- Payroll
