The City of Danville Utilities Department offers customers easy access to make payments, monitor their account and more with InvoiceCloud - available September 2023!
This new service brings a user-friendly online payment portal enabling customers to view and pay bills, schedule one-time and automatic payments, securely store payment information for later use, review up to 24 months of past bills (as they become available), and enroll in paperless billing. Email notifications are sent when the bill is ready to view, just before the due date and when a scheduled payment is pending. Creating an account is recommended, however, it is not necessary to view bills and make a payment.
The pay by phone option is available 24/7 and is a quick alternative for customers who may not be interested in going online. Customers can simply call 866-771-1193 anytime, enter their account information and follow the prompts to make a payment or get their latest account balance.
With Pay by Text, customers can stay informed by receiving text notifications about their bill and additionally have the option to respond via text message to make a payment using their default payment method. Customers can enroll in Pay by Text when making an online payment or within their online account.
Payments are due on the 10th each month.
Bills are automatically mailed through a third-party each month. Failure to receive your bill in the mail does not relieve liability. Please contact the USPS If you are experiencing mail delays.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS: Delinquent notices are not mailed but customers may receive a courtesy call as a reminder. It is very important that you have provided updated contact information to the City of Danville Utilities Department for such communication. Please contact the office to update your information, if necessary. Unpaid bills are subject to disconnection. A $25 reconnection fee is assessed at the time of disconnection. After 7 days, if the account remains disconnected, an additional $25 will be charged for reconnection.
ASSISTANCE: If you are unable to pay your utility bills, assistance may be available through the Bluegrass Community Action Partnership’s Low-Income Housing Water Assistance Program. Please contact their office at 859-236-2955 to discuss this program. Additional assistance may be offered through the Family Services Association of Boyle County - http://fsaboylecounty.org/
