Danville Police Department Hosting Citizens Academy

Time is running out, spots are filling up for the 2024 Citizen’s Academy. Get your apps in today! The Danville Police Department will be hosting its Citizen’s Police Academy September 17th through October 22nd. Classes will be held every Tuesday night from 6-8:30pm. There will be no class October 8th.The course is free. Applications can be found here. They can also be picked up at the Danville Police Department M-F during business hours. Applications can be submitted via email at gdoan@danvilleky.gov, fax 859-936-1301, or brought back to the police department.
