Bluegrass Ride, a service of the Bluegrass Community Action Partnership, will offer free transportation around Danville starting August 7. The buses will run from 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Riders may request a stop anywhere along the designated routes,or request a deviation of up to 1/2 mile by calling 800-465-6588 at least 24 hours in advance. Bluegrass Ride is also hiring drivers.
