Owners, Meredith and Josh Will moved from Austin, Texas with their two daughters. Josh had attended Centre College and very much admired the community of Danville. Meredith, was born and raised in West Viriginia, so they decided it was time to move back east and found Danville to be the perfect fit for their family.
Once they were settled in, the opportunity to purchase the iconic Morley’s Wheel Service presented itself. The location consists of 1.4 acres and a 5,000 sqft building; providing the perfect canvas in creating a space allowing patrons to socialize, enjoy music, festivals, and games.
"Morley’s Backyard offers a welcoming environment for everyone of all ages. We aim to provide something for everyone. Morley’s Backyard has the Kentucky Proud designation due to the fact we offer the region’s largest selection of beers brewed in Kentucky, all of our top shelf liquors are distilled within a 45 mile radius and we look to partner with local vendors. We have The Farmers Kitchen, from Garrard County, as our food truck in residence. We host events including: Winter Farmer’s Market, Crawfish Boil, Food Truck Festival, Sausage Fest – a taste of Germany Bluegrass Style, live music every week, games and NA drinks for the kiddos, Boozy Bookfair and much more. Whether you are looking to socialize or hide out in the backyard under a shade tree, we have you covered!"

Halloween Party - October 28th: Come in your favorite costume! Cohosted by Walden Funeral Home (Perryville) - an Adult Halloween Party with games, prizes and fun surprises!
Winter Farmers Market - November 4th kickoff: Your favorite vendors will be at Morley's Backyard. Rain or shine, come for live music, food trucks and more!
Holiday Christmas Party - December 1st: This party is for adults and will come jam packed with Christmas spirit. Santa will be there with his gift bag, so bring your wish list and get yourself going with some Holiday Spirit.
