The City will be converting the intersection of South Second Street and Walnut Street to a 4-way stop for the next few weeks to determine the viability of removing the traffic signal. The current traffic signal is in need of costly upgrades, and to potentially avoid those costs the Engineering Department is going to evaluate the performance of a 4-way stop.
