The City of Danville, KY will accept bids for PUBLIC SECTOR
FINANCE/ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL A PUBLIC SECTOR FINANCE/
ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
Separate sealed proposals will be received at the Finance Department, City Hall, 445 West Main
Street, Danville, Kentucky until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at which time they will be
opened. The bids are for:
Public Sector Finance/Accounting System
Specifications for the proposals may be obtained from the City of Danville Finance Department,
445 West Main Street, Danville, Kentucky 40422, by calling (859) 238-1200, or the City website:
www.danvilleky.org.
Separate sealed proposals for a Public Sector Finance/Accounting System can be mailed to 445
West Main Street, Danville, KY, 40422.
Bidding information must be submitted in writing and received no later than June 15, 2022, by
10:00 AM ET. The proposals shall be evaluated based on selection criteria identified in the RFP.
For the purpose of this solicitation all official communications shall originate from the City’s
Finance Director. Any communication not properly received may not be held as a valid condition
or interpretation of the conditions contained herein. All questions and responses shall be in
writing. Questions shall be received no later than 3:00 PM EST, June 6th, 2022, and responses or
addendums shall be issued by 3:00 PM EST, June 8th, 2022.

The city reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs in their entirety or to select certain application
software from the RFPs. The city reserves the right to award the contract in any manner deemed
in the best interest of its citizens. Evaluation of the proposal is listed in the RFP.
